The National Black Independent is an online non-partisan independent newspaper
published quarterly, spotlighting Afro-American and minority issues, and promoting
affirmative action.
The National Black Independent serves as a vital vehicle for persuading corporations
to enhance their visibility and sales within the Afro-American and minority
communities. With an estimated readership of 150,000 politically aware readers,
exposure in the NBI gives our advertisers the best possible demonstration of their
awareness of, and commitment to, Afro-American issues and affirmative action.
Our publication is minority owned and operated, and our contributors include educators,
economists, activists, and passionately involved citizens.
The National Black Independent website is linked to universities, trade tech schools,
junior colleges, etc., within the Afro-American communities.
The National Black Independent also offers advertisers a forum for the recruitment of
qualified employment applicants. We encourage our advertisers, along with their ad
copy, to include a brief job description of available positions within their organization.
Advertisers in the NBI, some of whom are among the largest corporations in the country,
demonstrate their real commitment to the Afro-American and minority community in this
great country, and give recognition and credibility to their fair attitudes and equal
opportunity policies. We invite you to join them.
